Whole Foods Markets have been operating in Michigan for nearly 20 years. but their next store, slated for Midtown Detroit, is seen as an indication of an optimism about Detroit. The current stores are in West Bloomfield, Troy, Rochester Hills and Ann Arbor. By spring, 2013, there will be one at Mack and John R., in the heart of Midtown.
