Loft style rental in the heart of Midtown

Will Midtown help pave the way for the greater city’s comeback?
Much of Detroit’s resurgence plan, at least to outsiders and boosters, banks on growing Midtown, home to the Detroit Institute of Arts, Wayne State University, and a growing collection of restaurants, shops and development.
Team Detroit, a local ad agency put together a campaign for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra before the 26-week strike began last year. Fortunately the strike has ended but the DSO does not have the funds to launch the campaign.
It’s been 10 days since our last construction update of loft 506 at the Willys Overland Lofts. Construction is expected to be completed within the next two weeks with closing scheduled for March 31.

City Living Detroit agents have been very busy at the Centurion Place development on East Ferry Street. Activity has been up since City Living Detroit took over the sales and marketing for Centurion Place 7 months ago. We recently finalized a deal for 504 East Ferry. Construction has started on 504 East Ferry and is expected to close within 6 to 8 weeks.
Construction continues for the third week on unit 506 at the Willys Overland Lofts. Loft 506 is a penthouse unit with views of the downtown skyline and a large terrace.
