We’ll review and sign the listing documents, allowing me to represent you officially. This ensures you have a trusted advisor on your side every step of the way.

4. Preparing Your Home for Market

Buyers make decisions quickly, so first impressions are critical. We have a dedicated stager on our team who provides tailored recommendations—from simple touch-ups to complete staging guidance—and connects you with trusted professionals to help your home shine.

5. Professional Photography & Marketing Materials

I’ll arrange high-quality photography, video, and marketing collateral that showcase your home at its best, both online and in print.

6. Launching Your Home to the Market

Your listing will be promoted across the MLS, top real estate websites, social media, and my professional network to ensure maximum exposure to qualified buyers.

7. Showings

Your home will be shown to buyers through private appointments, giving them the time and space to experience it fully. While buyer’s agents don’t usually provide feedback, I’ll share any insights I receive and keep you updated on how your home is being received in the market.

8. Reviewing Offers

When offers come in, I’ll help you evaluate each one based on price, terms, and likelihood of closing — not just the highest number. Together, we’ll identify the best path forward.

9. Negotiation

I’ll negotiate on your behalf to secure the strongest terms possible, while protecting your priorities and keeping the process moving smoothly.

10. Under Contract

Once you’ve accepted an offer, I’ll guide you through inspections, appraisals, and any contingencies. My role is to keep everything on track and minimize stress.

11. Preparing for Closing

I’ll coordinate with the buyer’s agent, lender, and title company to confirm all details are accurate and deadlines are met. You’ll know exactly what to expect before the big day.

12. Closing Day

You’ll sign the final documents, transfer ownership, and receive the proceeds from your sale. Congratulations — your home is officially sold!
