Moving back to Michigan from out of state, we didn't have a full understanding of Detroit neighborhoods, but Austin was able to give insight into the nuances of specific areas, far beyond what was in the MLS listing. Austin was able to arrange a well-coordinated weekend where we came in from out of town, visited a dozen or so listings, all of which he had detailed insight on. Austin was prompt in his communication and took the time to explain our options and trade-offs at every step in the process.
